Problem
Recruitis needed to move faster. New feature requests were stacking up, and parts of the backend required refactoring to stay maintainable. With a small internal team, they needed senior engineers who could jump in immediately and help organize the development flow.
Solution
We embedded three senior developers directly into the core team and took ownership of key backend modules. We refactored legacy parts, delivered new features on a tight schedule, and introduced a more structured, agile way of working - improving speed, clarity and overall stability of the product.
We replaced legacy CodeIgniter with a clean Symfony backend and rebuilt the frontend in Vue with Tailwind. A modern, maintainable stack that’s faster, safer and easier to develop on.
We implemented a secure in-house scheduling calendar and rewrote the email module to remove fragile logic. Clearer structure, fewer issues, and tools the team can rely on every day.
We helped introduce a structured agile workflow, improved CI/CD and streamlined the delivery process. With three engineers embedded in the team, features shipped faster and with greater consistency.
