Autix needed to scale their automotive DMS platform, improve stability and prepare for onboarding new customers. We stepped in as an extended engineering unit- taking over the existing codebase, refactoring core modules and continuously delivering new features to support the product’s growth.
Problem
Autix’s automotive DMS was growing fast - new customers, new modules and rising expectations. The existing codebase needed refactoring to stay reliable, and the in-house team didn’t have enough capacity to deliver features while stabilizing the system. They needed a partner who could step in without slowing things down.
Solution
We joined as an extension of the core engineering team - picking up ownership from day one. No lengthy onboarding, no hand-holding. We refactored critical parts of the DMS, improved stability, fixed operational issues and kept delivering new features in parallel. Autix now moves faster with a tighter, more reliable system behind it.
We reorganized key parts of the DMS to make data and workflows easier to navigate and extend. Warehouse, orders, fleet and accounting now follow a cleaner structure that’s simpler to maintain and safer to scale.
Automating the most painful operational steps reduced manual overhead and eliminated inconsistent logic across modules. Fewer edge-case bugs, more predictable delivery and a platform that’s easier to build on.
Stabilizing the real-time components gave managers an accurate view of what’s happening - from stock levels to task progress. No more chasing the system; the system finally keeps up.
